We have recently changed our focus to bring this bespoke quality to a wider range of homeowners, using the unrivalled talents of the same in-house teams specialising in planning, design and project management.

Legacy

2004

Consero was established in 2004 with the vision to set new benchmarks in residential development. Our first projects were relatively modest: small collections of apartments in Home Counties towns, which nevertheless showed all the promise that distinguished later, more opulent projects.

2009

We began to extend our portfolio to include exclusive developments of larger executive homes, and residences of individual design, in locations such as Cobham, Esher and Weybridge.

2016

Our evolution then took us to the pinnacle of traditional stone constructed mansions, complemented by stunning interiors, in super prime locations. These are privately commissioned super-prime properties.

Sustainable living is key

Always with an eye to the future, we are designing homes which connect with our clients and their desires, enabling them to live a life they love. For many, this means sustainability in as many aspects of daily life as possible.

All our homes are designed to reduce water and energy consumption, and to enable residents to recycle waste. We also now include electric car charging points in every development.

Landscaping is designed to maintain and encourage biodiversity. Increasingly, we see the whole concept of a ‘development’ as being outmoded. We would rather establish communities that are more than houses, giving residents amenities such as shops, schools, wellness centres, woodland walks and access to open space.
